Welcome to TikTok Shop Connector — SPL!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the app provided by SlashCart Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), located at Unit/26 Broadmead, Bristol, England, BS1 3DX. By accessing or using the TikTok Shop Connector — SPL (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, policies, or guidelines referenced herein.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms, including any updates or modifications. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of the App

The TikTok Shop Connector — SPL integrates your Shopify store with TikTok Shop, allowing for the seamless synchronization of products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and returns across multiple TikTok Shops. Key features include:

  • Dual Functionality: Sync from Shopify to TikTok and from TikTok to Shopify.
  • Auto Mapping: Automatic syncing of products and inventory with our AI-powered mapping tool for categories.
  • Multi-Currency and Multi-Language Support on TikTok.
  • Power Editor: Customize TikTok product listings directly within the app.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose of integrating and managing your Shopify store and TikTok Shop as described in the App’s functionality. This license is granted under these Terms and is subject to all restrictions and conditions therein.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information for the proper functioning of the App.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and use the App and to connect it to your Shopify store and TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.

5. Account Registration

To use the App, you must have a valid Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Fees and Payment

The App may be provided on a free or paid basis. If there are any fees for using the App, they will be specified in the Shopify App Store or within the App itself. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Shopify and TikTok. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for any actions or failures of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SlashCart Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights, title, or interest in the App except for the limited use of the App as described in these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to perform routine maintenance or updates. You may also terminate your use of the App by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlashCart Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlashCart Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and its respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Bristol, England.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us in connection with the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlashCart Pvt Ltd regarding the use of the App.
